Rooted in tradition and fueled by passion, Bartlett’s Farm West Barnstable is an extension of the legacy started in 1843 on Nantucket. As a seventh-generation family farm, we are dedicated to growing fresh, high-quality produce and being your trusted local farm on Cape Cod.
Farming isn’t just what we do—it’s who we are. John Bartlett, a lifelong farmer with a degree in plant science from Cornell, has spent over 50 years growing food and connecting with the land. His passion started with his first job cutting parsley in 1971, and he has never looked back. Alongside him, Sarah Bartlett brings her experience from managing the branded retail department at Bartlett’s Farm Nantucket, as well as a 25-year career in finance. A lifelong gardener—fitting for someone whose maiden name is Gardner—she is thrilled to embark on this new chapter, growing both food and community.
At Bartlett’s Farm West Barnstable, we believe in the power of local agriculture to nourish both body and community. We’re more than just a farm; we’re a place to gather, celebrate, and foster a deeper connection to the food we eat. From our on-site farm stand to local farmers' markets, we’re committed to providing fresh, sustainable produce while engaging with our neighbors.
We can’t wait to share this journey with you—through seasonal events, market days, and the simple joy of fresh-picked produce. Bartlett’s Farm West Barnstable isn’t just our farm; it’s yours, too.
